I have a very comfortable and completely reliable M&P .45 full size with night sights and thumb safety. It is a great pistol!

My problem is that I am basically a revolver shooter. I just shoot better with a revolver's flinch resistant rolling trigger pull. I have mild muscular dystrophy and no amount of exercise or technique can really fix my problem. My hands just get shaky after 50-100 rounds of .45 ammo. At that point, the two stage M&P trigger pull starts to feel awefully busy, snatchy and complicated.

So, before I trade away my slick and reliable M&P on a Sig P250 or a custom revolver, I started wondering if there is a "revolver" spring kit for the M&P. Is there something similar to the Glock New York City +1 8 pound trigger kit for the S&W Military and Police pistol?

If you know of an NY1 trigger option for the M&P, please share a link in our reply. Thanks.

Thanks for the link, Moxie. I'm afraid the lighter pull, shorter reset Apex trigger is going the wrong direction for me. That would make the gun MORE single action like. I'm looking for a smooth, rolling pull that does not have that striker fired two stage feeling. The P250 has this. The PX4 constant action might be close. The Para LDA is just a complicated single action--at least that is what it feels like to me.

I wonder if S&W offers a +1 kit. I didn't see one at the company website.

You might check with S&W. I've heard the newer pistols have a better trigger. My brand new M&P9c, doesn't stage at all, just a smooth take up, then it breaks. Great trigger.
