We finally received final written approval of our GI Bill eligible NRA Instructor training program. We have been waiting for written approval to issue press releases and to commit capital to advertising. Now its go time! NRA convention here we come.

HOWEVER, I'd rather my tax-dollars go towards NRA Instructor Training then more ammo for the DHS..

Hey, if I gotta pay taxes, at least they're spending it on something worthwhile.

Keep us posted... I'm probably not the only Guy here with a bit of unused gi bill money coming.

We start the first term on May 31, 2013. Contact your VA Rep and get your certificate of eligibility and we will get you enrolled.

Promotional strategy is to make the message memorable. Dog bites man is not memorable. Man bites dog is memorable. VA approves NRA Instructor Training for Vets is not memorable.....

I would much rather my tax dollars go for that than to support some crackhead in the projects who had 14 kids so the welfare check would be bigger.

Lol, your tax dollars aren't paying for it, either. Borrowed money from the Chinese. 16 trillion plus, right?!?

Anyway, I'm glad about the program. But Obama has nothing to do with it. He wants to ban guns. And magazines. And he wants a list of gun owners and the guns they own through a new "background check" system. The NRA training programs aren't real high on Obama's to-do list.

No, the joke is on the tax payers.
Borrowed money, printed money what ever. It's still the tax payers burden.

    Op,
Your dog bite example may be cute and memorable in a used car salesman sort of way, but there are too many air breathers who can't seem to grasp the fact that the government money is the tax payers money.

If you have people signing up only because of your dog bite marketing attempt, they ain't bright enough to become firearms instructors.

Most vets ain't stupid and things don't have to be dumbed down to get them to grasp a concept.
