OC in the Chicago Area?

Has anyone else noticed that sometimes the abbreviations and shorthand used by warriors can make things awfully confusing?

NLTRPB. (Those who know what it means won't ask. Those who need to ask what it means must never be told.)

I read this forum for a long time before I became a member, and had no idea what most of the abbreviations were. Now, it may take me a while, but I can finally figure out what most of the abbreviations are. (I try to abstain from their use.)

Incidentally, though, I haven't the slightest idea what NLTRPB means.
