Ohio AW & .50 Cal ban

    For those of you interested in attending the Columbus, OH city council hearings on "Assault Weapons" (which include all semi-auto .50 caliber rifles), there has been an update to the hearing information.

    The hearing time has been confirmed to be 5 PM (Eastern) and those interested in speaking before the council will now have from 8 AM to 5 PM to obtain the required "Speaker Slip."

    Please plan on attending if at all possible and encourage your family & friends to do so as well.

    The hearing will be Thursday, June 30, in the City Council Chamber, 2nd Floor, City Hall, 90 W Broad St., Columbus, OH. This is a public hearing on proposed legislation. The actual vote by city council is expected about mid-July.
