What action is going on in the House? Anyone watching them? Any action? Did we do like last year - win in one, just to lose in the other? Will they get to it within the time frame required? What the heck IS the time frame?
 
The House will vote on it in September.

I guarantee Larry Craig will try to keep all amendments in the bill.

I don't know but two amendments are his anyway.

And the other one passed by a good margin.

It will be up to the House to demand they be stripped out.
 
Two amendments? I only heard of one :confused: that was pertaining to gun locks (however, I was just reading the summation threads, not the detailed ones, so I may have missed something).

They also tacked on one that would increase the penalties for using AP pistol ammo on a cop and fund a study on the use of AP pistol ammo (that was to keep the Hero of Chappaquidick's rifle ammo ban out). Can't remember what the third ammendment was, if there was a third.
