    Incredible! What would one of those cost? Over three hundred hours of work by a master craftsman. No wonder they were often times considered to be family heirlooms.

    If only they still put stuff like this on TV then people might actually watch it. Igits can't doing anything without turning it into a reality show. Basically people like us have that knife making show on History, and the last gun show we had was that numbnuts in Louisiana. Can't stand either one of them.

    Check out some of the videos of guys who make museum grade miniature firearms! There's one guy has, IIRC, a 1:8 scale working K98 with wee little bayonet and wee little rounds in a wee little stripper clip. I forget how many hours it took him, but it was certainly hundreds.

    Williamsburg is now on its fourth gunsmith. I don't know the fellow.
