    I only have one 9mm.

I do only own one 9mm the same one I've had since '95. Been a lot of hard miles and many rounds thru it and it still keeps on trucking

    Oh? It's a KelTec P-11

If I could only have one, it would be a BERETTA 92X Compact model. I have been shooting BERETTA'S for a quarter of a century and find they shoot well for me. I prefer the VERTEC grip and my wife likes the smaller circumference of the VERTEC grip and I have always liked the balance and size of the Compact models.

This one will do, though I'd prefer fixed sites

CZ-75 B Compact. I don't have one but I have a P-01. The only reason I'd choose the compact over the P-01 is that if it were my only one it would get shot more so I'd rather have the steel frame.

My HK p30sk for sure. It's my "do everything" gun. Conceals easily yet highly accurate. I can hit 8" steel all day at 50 yards.

I could never part with my HK P7M8 even though I'd like a Steyr A2 MF

I got the impression that you only got to have "one gun", for everything. Thats why I went with the 26, instead of a 17. The 26 can be a lot of guns, with a simple mag change. It shoots and handles like a big gun, yet it can be carried and concealed on your body, in places that a lot of compacts wont.

With all those glamorous 9mm's out there, I'll still stick with a pretty boring choice, a Glock 26.

Carried for many years as a service gun, used to it, and know it works.

In addition, it can share larger capacity mags with a K-T S2K.

Sig 365xl. That has been my go to for the last 6+ months now. I bought a Mag Guts magazine conversion to add 2 rounds to the 12 round magazine so it now holds 15 total.

I apologize hasn't been 6+ months (seems like it) it's been almost 3 months

    While I prefer 9x32R in a S&W wheelgun.
I will go with my Glock 19 for 9x19. It carries well, shoots well and can have capacity with g17 mags and +2 base plates.

The one I own... Walther PPQ 4"

That being said, the H&K VP9L and the SA35 are both singing a siren songs...

Agree, it can do everything you could want from a 9mm. And for some reason I’ll never fully understand, I shoot it better than a 17. My pinky must be working against me?

Anything but a Glock. They don't call it Glock leg for no reason. In my opinion , there is not enough redundant safety with a Glock. The "safety" lever on the trigger is less than safe in my opinion especially if some foreign object gets in the trigger guard.

Glock is not the only striker fired firearm that is unsafe for carry, the S&W M&P series is no safer with their trigger.

Sorry to the Glock-o-files on the forum.

I like my H&K P30SK-V3 and P30SK-LEM triggers. But other 9mm with additional safety features make them safer for personnel self defense. One just have to practice with what they have.

It is one thing for law enforcement or military folks to have a firearm that can be at the ready quickly, I feel it is not requirement for the average civilian.

Of course, I'm one opinion and many will disagree.

    If I could find parts..P7M13.

In the real world..P.C. Shield Plus and in the winter a 13+2 magazine with not yet out adapter. Performance Center Shield plus is my first striker fired gun with a factory trigger that I can live with.

Staccato C2 2011. Compact and light enough to carry, plenty enjoyable at the range. And for what it costs, it' was like buying two or three guns anyway. :)

If not that, Glock 19 or M&P Compact.

I have only one 9mm, a Shield Plus. If I could only have one, that's what I'd pick, I guess. Lots of others that I'd like, but I just haven't gotten to them.
