Online info for a new shooter?

One of my female co-workers came up to me last week and asked if I would mind taking her to the shooting range. She has never fired a gun before and wanted to see what it was like. She just moved out of her parents house and is thinking about buying a gun for her house. Of course I plan on working her though the 4 rules and such BEFORE she even picks up one of my guns.... but I was wondering if there was any good info ONLINE that I could send her prior to our going to the range?

FYI, I plan on her shooting my S&W 642 and my WIFE's Browning .380BDA.
