I've been on a revolver binge lately. That means I'm too broke to buy semiautos, and haven't been looking at them because of the Smith K and N frame revolvers I've been buying.

If I had some cash the pistol I'd buy now would be a BHP. I have a nearly stock Argentine FM but I'd like to get a FN or Browning BHP and have it customized to a fare thee well.

A possible alternative would be a shooter Luger PO8. I keep missing them and the price keeps going up every time I look away. If I should run across one at just the right price...

What autos would y'all buy now, if you hadn't spent all your cash on the house, the car, or a bunch of revolvers?

I had a dream just the other night. I was shooting a Bitone Springfield XD. I can't stop thinking about it now. I have shot an XD 40 before, I really liked it.

I don't need another auto, but man that pistol shot sweet in my dream. Funny. The next thing on my list is a 3" Ruger SP101 in .357. That's my plan, gotta stick to it. Maybe an XD another time.

It all depends on your taste but I think a shooter Luger is one of the most fun guns I've ever bought. They are usually as accurate as any target pistol despite the small barleycorn/notch sights. A lot of fun and the original 9X19. What's not to like?

    Hmmmm...

The pistol I'd buy if money weren't an issue would be an HK P7.

Although, I've been wanting a BHP for some reason lately and while I know this will get me in trouble for mentioning but I've been thinking about picking up a Daly Hi Power just for kicks...:uhoh:

I think I might even put off a planned Sig 225 purchase to get one...

I have a big list, just depends on what I find a deal on. Need more revos, but still want more 10mm autos and a CZ 97B.
Probably Witness 10mm first since they're inexpensive.

    I wouldn't mind having a Glock 20 10mm eventually.

I'd like to have a Colt Delta Elite and a H&K P9S in .45ACP. Wish I had bought both years ago.

Well I guess for me it would be either of the following.

SIG P232 stainless or two tone (The next to add to my SIG collection)

SIG P210 (Never actually shot one but being a SIG guy and all.......)

Ed Brown Kobra Carry (Spectacular handgun, spectacular trigger, spectacular appearance, spectacular accuracy........need I say more. :D)

Unfortunitely with the exception of the P232 we are well into champagne on a beer budget for me so those last two will probably just sort of stay dream guns.

I enjoy shooting 9mm 1911's but I've had little luck finding a factory made one that's reliable out of the box, so I'd have to say a high end, custom made full-sized 1911 in 9mm.

A Beretta 92 Stock combat (oh wait I can't get one because BERETTA REFUSES TO IMPORT THEM!)
A CZ Sp-01 (as soon as they come out)
    A P7M13
    A SIG X-Five

    1. Witness .45 with .22 conversion kit, because I love my Witness 9mm, which has been perfectly reliable, and the .45/.22 combo can be found very reasonably. And I want a .45, gosh-darnit!

    2. CZ-52, because they're cheap, have a great reputation, and are so cool/funky-looking that I just gotta have one!

I just wish I had kept the beautiful Kahr MK40 Elite 2003 that I traded a guy for a Glock G19. That was the biggest gun trading screw up I have ever made. The Glock was crude next to the Elite Kahr. Maybe someday I'll be able to afford another.
