I've ordered numerous things from OP, often because their prices were better and, more importantly, they had the product and no one else does. On that basis, I'll continue to use them. I did have one problem...ordered a ground blind and they shipped the wrong one. I returned it and they paid the return. Replacement order was also the wrong one. At that point I just asked for a refund which they did. the manager in charge at that time said, "since it is clearly our fault, I can refund fund your money immediately." That is good CS in my book, but never did get the ground blind I wanted. What was most difficult is having to wait on the phone for 30 minutes. each time I called to resolve the problem. I probably spent 2 hours total on hold. But, during that time, I do stuff like this.:)
 
Now Optics Planet is offering me to opportunity to sign up for DVOR.......... Which they own.........
