I'm not much for slip on grips but I came across the LimbSaver's for the Glock 19/ Walther PPK today and said what the heck. What I saw was that the rubber is much thicker than most slip on grips plus it ran up to the dove tail of the frame. I bought this little gun to tinker with for a Poo mans Walther PP because of the good reviews that I read on this forum. Not wanting to spend a 3rd of the cost of the gun for new grips I was going to build flat grips or live with it just due to the fact like 6 million others I'm laid off.

When I got it I completely striped the gun buffed all the parts and clipped the hammer spring to lesson DA pull then ordered a 15# wolf spring. After that I tested it and felt that I was good to go just with normal slight stinging recoil. I knew that if I could drop the web of the hand down a bit I would probably just make it that much better.

I slipped the new grip on and didn't have to worry about tearing the rubber grip like other brands that I've used before. But what I found is it seat the web of my hand down about an 1/8 inch placing the gun more centered allowing the thumb to ride lower than with the thumb rest. Were I thought I was going to need too epoxy the left grip and grind it flat I didn't need to. If you can stand the grip to be a little thicker this is a cheap way to go and shoots like my beloved Bersa 380 as fare as felt recoil. The only problem that I've found is the mag release is a little harder to reach but on a good note the reach to the trigger is perfect for me.

I figured I would share this new find for those who would like to try it.
The Pics are not that good there from my phone because the wife has the camera

This combination worked better than expected.

Computer crashed so just know got back on THR, Had to fight the Ole Lady to get on the computer.

I believe it would fit or could be made to fit.

I have an old prefix 150- Ruger and couldn't find rubber grips for it so I bought the SVL slip on for the AR15 I turned it around and it fit like a T-grip insert. But I did have to cut it down to fit flush with the bottom. Works great and looks good, I can post a pic if anyone wants.
