I had been waiting for a PDA (Personal Defense Assistant) to arrive since it was announced in the press last fall. I emailed Para Ordnance and was told to expect their arrival in March but did not see one until mid-June. I was hoping it would be a double action only version of Springfield’s micro-sized EMP and it pretty much fills that bill.

The trigger pull is 7.13 pounds and seems lighter due to it being very smooth. While the PDA is a little large for pants pocket carry, it is perfect for belt carry with a slide width of just .95 inches and a grip width of 1.1 inches.

    Here are some targets:

Mag Tech 115 grain FMJ at 21 feet

    Same ammo at 31 feet

    Same ammo at 75 feet

Speer 124 Grain Gold Dot Hollow Point at 21 feet

Nice shooting. I was wondering about the PDA, but I have yet to see one, I like it.
Did Para change the LDA trigger to a serrated one? My CCO LDA is has a smooth trigger.

My para carry 9 was the most accurate shootin 9mm I have ever shot. The LDA trigger is just amazing..As smallas it is, it was stillto big for what I wanted..

I like my Para Carry 9. It is an absolute tack driver. Not too happy that the finish on it totally stinks. The finish on the frame is chipping in a few places. The slide has some holster wear as well. These are easy fixes though and this gun is not really a carry gun for me anyways.
