I don't know how many in our community are familiar with Paul Howe. Retired CAG operator, a lot of combat experience, much of it in places most of us will never live long enough to see the stories declassified. He makes a lot of very good points on the difference in focus on skills and focus on equipment. I think that a lot of what he says in this video is applicable to many of discussions here.
