Per Poll on the size of concealed carry autos

I want to post a poll but I want to get my voting points worked out.

The poll will be: For CHL, which do you actually carry more often ,full sized big bore autos, medium power-mid sized autos or something on the mouse gun end of the equation.
My aim is to see if high caliber and power wins out over smaller sized autos offering ease of concealment.

Here are the 12 possible voting slots but I'm not sure the sizes of some of the models are well matched in a voting slot. Are there better ways to partition them? I think I need to get them down to 10 possibilities.

Yeah... I think the original categories had too many choices...

Something like WKW suggested sounds a bit like it would be easier to digest and make sense of... The categories that come to mind for me would be:

5" 1911/Beretta or similar
Commander/CZ PCR/G19 or similar
Kahr/G26 or similar
P32/Seecamp/Guardian or similar

And again, I agree to keep the size question apart from the caliber war, I mean question...

I'm going the way you too have suggested.

The reason I want to leave the caliber deal in is I want to see if for all the chatter about caliber/power etc there aren't a fair number of real concealed carry men and women out there that carry mouse guns (including 22s) because they are just plain small.

what I carry

I am new to carrying with a CHL. But I have carried my Makarov for about a month now. (9X18)( I got my licence with it) I do have a CZ83 that I could carry or a CZ75. I use a leather vest with very big pockets on the inside to carry my pistol in. and even the Mak. can get heavy. I had a PA 63 (in 9X18) But I'm letting it go. It bites my hand to much to keep. I've got a full size witness in .45, I wouldn't even think of carrying it as a Concelled pistol. As much as I like and trust the witness, it's just too big to carry in every day life.,
So, in answer to you question, I carry a Makarov.
But, My throughts are, If I'm putting rounds in a bad guys face, I really don't think he's going to be thinking that, my goodness, these are only .22(.32, .380, etc.) and their not going to hurt me too bad, I'll just finish what I'm doing and then leave this person with his noisy pistol. SO, my throughts are that even a .22(I've got one I would use.) is better than nothing. yours truly, Pat McC

Make the poll allow more than one answer. That way people can mark both caliber and size. It won't tell you what size caliber combination, but it's better than having 30 options
