    I did not want to say what I thought about that builder. But you are passing on advise worth noting. Using seamless hydraulic tubing for smooth bore barrels has been questioned. :oops:

    At least there are some caplock .36 factory rifles available from DPS. Here in De we can use them on squirrels, .45 is okay on deer.

    Is DPS your term for Pedersoli? Just wondering, I had to search for what it meant and the results came back to a couple of your posts. :)

    I do like the Pedersoli frontier rifle in .36 caliber, but I'm afraid it might be too muzzle heavy. I'd like to handle one before buying.

    I was admiring that frontier rifles in 32,36 calibers but I also like that 32 caliber penns, rifle as well :)

    DP&S/DPS is Black Powder lingo for David Pedersoli and Sons.;)
