Last summer, I saw an older gentleman at a gun show in Knoxville, who had a stock and a forend for my #6. Unfortunately, I was unsure if the parts he had were right for me, so I got his card and went home to check which sub-model I had. I lost the card.
If you know of anyone who has wood for that rifle for sale, please advise.
Failing that, could I have someone make custom stock and forend for it? It currently has an improvised stock and no forend at all. The rifle is a gift from a close friend...and it is a favorite of another friend who wants to learn shooting long guns with it come Thanksgiving. For that reason, time is pretty short on this request.
