Thanks for the link to that thread. It will take some time for it all to sink in. The next thing I need is a site that I can post pictures files on.

Just back from the range. Kimber Ultra Carry II and Kimber Custom TLE II. Lousy pictures, great weapons.

How about a pic with almost all of my .45's? :) It has my Kimber Compact I, CDP I, Stainless Target II, Norinco and Springfield Mil-Spec in it. Then it also has my Carbon-15, M41, Makarov and Ruger MK II.

This is the Colt NRM I picked up today - got it in Wildalaska's group buy. :D

I am so out of my league here!

Here are almost 90 years of 1911's. Upper left is an Augusta Armory rebuild model 1911 with a Springfield frame and Colt slide. I think the frame is from 1918, if I recall correctly. Upper right is a WWII 1911A1 Remington Rand, lower left a WWII 1911A1 Ithaca, and lower right a current Springfield PB9108L.

The foreground is a Taurus 455 Total Titanium in .45 ACP, the background is a Super Redhawk 454 Casull, just ignore the Smith, it's a .40 S&W ;) I have a blued CZ 97B on it's way soon. I'll be sure to post a .45 group pic when it comes in :D
