Couple of 'em.
First is me and a GEW Mauser action .270. When I found it it was a real stray dog, horrible finish on the stock military trigger etc. I refinished the stock and glass beded the action, installed a Timney trigger. Don't have it anymore, sold it for a fairly tidy profit.
Second is me & my Kimber. Yeah, yeah, fingers on the trigger.

...and you're shooting with the wrong hand, too.

That is why I try to stick with the lefty friendly platforms.

I'd also like to learn to shoot right handed. It would be fun to be able to go either way.

Was kinda waiting for permission. In case you were still keeping a low profile after that incident in '86 with the Romanian hit team.

if either of us werent frozen in the head we mighta taken pics of the targets to show off our 733t 5k1775.

you had those wickedly slow double taps going on. :D

The cold was slowing the powder's burn rate. I thought I told you that then. :D

Yep, guy at the end was slowly working up loads. <bang> look through scope, check chrony, scribble, scribble, scribble, load, rinse, repeat.

Its an RCBS 245kt from Dry Creek bullets. He uses a 92-6-2 mix and it comes out at 262 grains. I had been using 10 unique to spare this and another 29-2 but when I tried the newer, cleaner burning stuff, it jumped the velocities from mid to high 1100s to mid 1200s and the extreme spread got a lot bigger. I dropped back to 9 grains and didn't clock from the long barrel. I put a couple across the screens from my 4" mountain gun at just over 1,000.

that picture reminds me of an old media standby " He had a VERITABLE! ARSENAL! in the trunk of his car!" One look in the back of your truck would make Eric Severhead take a dump in his drawers.

I recall that one media defined "Veritable Arsenal" amounted to a 38 revolver and half a box of ctgs.

Its ironic that I dont have any pictures of myself with any of my guns.

So I had to borrow one with me and Thumpers new Bushy while attending the Waco Gunstock shoot.
