The capitalist in me hopes crafty "Terrill" is the one who sells them. Very cool...DETAILS!!!:D

Here's mine.

Trusty SKS and a case of ammo.
Sits by the bed.

No mention of the Marlin 336 stocks on those sites.

three pics of it in the Photographs section of the usa site, looks like it's a prototype.

maybe it'll be out next year...

^Ooh, now that's an SHTF gun. Camo SKS w/ scope and bipod

Although...that scope looks awefully high, how do you see through that thing?

I usually use the iron sights. Scope mount is worthless, as soon as I find the original receiver cover it's going on Ebay.

It usually wears an ATI Dragunov stock, got bored one day and painted the original stock.

"note to me: don't mess with Sigfan"

If I have good transportation or a pack animal, or can hole up somewhere, I'm keeping everything! Remember the Y2K scare? A tuned Garand was primary back then...

But it gets simple and light if I have to walk out :banghead: .223 (AR type) and tuned 9mm (S&W or Hi Power).

Another choice might be a pair of .357's, a Smith revolver and a Winchester or EMF Lever. The .357 round does wonders out of a rifle (check the Buffalo Bore 180 gr load), and ammo supply is light and easy for walking (sneaking) out to safety.

I guess I would consider the follwing to be my SHTF arsenal :)

* Glock 23
* SIG P245
* Remington 870 Marine Magnum
* M1 Garand
* And if it gets too deep and eveything else fails: MAK-90

Ultimately the M1 Garand is my "final answer" to SHTF.

gotta hope TSHTF doesn't last more than one round from that mag. I don't like the odds on a second round until you get the hinge pin in there... :neener:

My home-brewed AR-15 along with the robot trained to use it!!!

Nice rifle you got there. Now you just need a solid FSB and a good light system and your set.

Why would I need a FSB when I already have a low profile flip up front/rear sight system?
