Text

Over onehunderd and seventy million civilians killed by government troops in the 20th century

Its time the world community acknowledged that decent, affordable assault weapons are a basic human right

I would modify the text to read "Over one hundred and seventy million civilians killed by their own government's troops...."

Just so people don't get the idea you're talking about civilian wartime casualties.

Might shorten it to just read "...their own government..."

Oleg - nice!

There was a really nice jpg I recall seeing a few years ago, of some sweet young thing stranded in the 'hood sitting inside her broken down car. The pictures shows the local goblins closing in to "do whatever" to her. They probably were planning to remove her rims, but not to help change her tires if you get my drift -

Anyway, the caption at the bottom said: "Got Glock?" - using the stylized Glock "G" of course. Priceless!

I agree....

How about...

Last century governments killed 170,000,000 of their own people

Yet not one gun control proposal would disarm the government.

or.....

170,000,000 dead at the hands of their own governments troops = Genocide.

Quality, affordable firearms in the hands of citizens = Homeland Security.

Karnak the Magnificent: (Holds envelope to dead) "Darfur and D.C."

(rips open envelope)

"Name 2 gun-free zones."

Oleg,

You take some outstanding photos and I admire your zeal for our cause.

However, I've always felt that the majority of the posters that you make are...I guess I could say somewhat awkwardly worded. I can't quite put a finger on it. I wish I had something constructive to offer but I don't. Maybe it's just not how I would word them myself but they often strike me as oddly stated.

Maybe it's just that they are too wordy...ack! Isn't it irony that I can't put into words what it is that I'm trying to say about your words?
