I went to walmart again tonight they had 2F pyrodex RS (yellow jug) in their ammo case.

The walmart closer to me has it out on the shelf and ive bought #11 winchester caps from the one closer to me as well.

Best place is Powder Inc. They have a web site. Goex Black Powder delivered
to your door, 14.90 a lb. Have to order a case, which is 25 lbs to get that price.
Lesser amounts are a little higher. 10 lbs is 18.30 per lb and 5 lbs is 23.50.

    For caps check Galf &Sons.

Sure wish the Walmart around here carried that stuff. You must live in black powder country. Even many of the gun shops don't carry black powder supplies. I have to drive 20 miles one way in Rhode Island and even further in Florida and even then it is geared to hunting supplies for the deer seasons.

Depends on where in Florida you are there SnowBird. In the Gainesville area I have found Pyrodex and # 11 caps at Walmart and once Musket caps but not lately on the musket caps.

I tend to pick up caps and balls at Pickett Weaponry in Newberry.

South of Orlando is not really Florida but some sort of colony of the North......

One friend used to refer to every thing South of the Mouse as Baja New Jersey.....
