I have a mauser stamped preduzece44 and model 98 with the Yugo crest and one waffenant remaining on the bayonet lug. My question is did the Yugoslavs scrub the old serial numbers as well as the nazi markings? This rifle has matching numbers on the receiver, trigger guard, bolt and stock. These are stamped, not penciled in.
