I just got a "dealer" account at Graff's with my C&R. Just ordering off the page ie: a regular customer for 5000 cci large pistol primers are 107.99. Now go to the dealer price and there 98.99, BUT you have to have a type 6 or 7 ffl to order, from the dealer page? Other than the difference of 9 dollars I don't get the need for the additional ffl. Pretty sure the 20 dollar hazmat fee still applies either way.

What I don't get is what the difference is when ordering, there is nothing about additional ffl for the same product for regular ordering....... there out of stock anyway.

A C&R isn't an FFL, as far as I know. A dealer is buying for resale. No point for a dealer to buy from Graf's if he has to pay the same price. Mind you, $9 isn't much of a difference between wholesale and retail.
'there, their and they're' don't mean the same thing.

No, if you call Graf's and set up an account and mail or fax a signed copy of your C&R license then you can buy from the dealer page at dealer prices. I have been doing it for two years.

A C&R is a FFL 03.

Rusty, I have the account that is how I was able to see the price differance. Go look again, says you must have a type 6 or 7 to buy primers, that is for all primers.

Where does it say that I have never seen it? I have bought over 100,000 primers in the last two years with just the C&R license. Did you add them to your cart and try to checkout?
Rusty

No I did not add to cart, but when in the dealer section it says can only ship these to type 6 or 7 ffl holders. Type 6 is ammo manufacture and 7 is explosive. Check it out.

I can help clarify a bit. Graf has three pricing structures on primers. Retail, wholesale and remanufacture. CCI provides companies with better pricing if they can prove that the primers are being sold to class 06 or 07 FFL holders. So, as distributors we have to order primers at one price for our wholesale business and another price for our remanufacture business'. So, to answer your question in a long sense. Graf has wholesale prices. You are looking at a page that is for remanufacturers which has better pricing that what you can buy wholesale.
