Who are these people exactly and do they really exist?

Sen. Kelly Ayotte becomes focus of gun-control groups after voting against background checks

Obviously if the poll question is phrased right, "most" people are going to respond in favor of background checks on some level (e.g. Do you support keeping guns out of the hands of convicted felons with background checks?)... so the 90% number touted by Barry and his Anti-posse isn't exactly surprising. Of course the poll that said that only 4% of Americans think passing UBC legislation is "important" is equally unsurprising.

Why do I get the instant impression that "Karen Fester", alleged "member of a gun club", is actually an anti-gun shill posing as a pro-gun member of that mythical 90%?

“There’s a sense that the people who support background checks know that they’re in the mainstream,” Stadtman said. “To be rejected by Ayotte like that, when it was so obvious that many of her constituents wanted her to vote for it — it was a tipping point.”

This is laughable. If the politicians thought they were sure to have their jobs after voting in favor of UBC's they would have done so. Clinton barely got the votes needed to do his dirty work back in 94. Then everyone saw the results of that in the next election. So yeah, their in the mainstream.

Uh, yeah, cuz people like this propaganda group tell them that constantly all day, everyday

90% of the NRA...
70% of gunowners...
9 out of ten doctors agree...
blah, blah, blah

I recently read that only 16% or so of Americans are on Twitter--would you think that based on news-media, advertisers, or even better, a Twitter poll? ;) 97% of brands are on Twitter, and apparently 115% of news personalities.

After reading the article...I'm supposed to believe NH voters are supposedly livid over the vote against UBC, yet MAIG/Bloomberg is prominently stated as spearheading these efforts? It's almost like the man's organization is sowing this dissatisfaction artificially... ;) They can't even make it sound like it's not "AstroTurf" (targeted propaganda)

The anti-gun nihilists are now in full blown delusional mode, a la the Japanese claiming they won the Battle of Midway.

Let them keep lying to themselves. It only benefits us.
