I just sold my other glock today and will be picking up the 20SF soon! It will cost me $520 new. I'm thinking about adding some night sights, and maybe a new recoil rod/20 lb spring. But, I've read conflicting reports of adding anything to a stock glock. A lot of people say they run fine stock even with the hotter Doubletap loads. Also, hardcasts really don't foul the barrel much and a new barrel isn't needed from what I've read..

Put some metal sights on it and leave everything else stock. A stiffer recoil spring will cause more muzzle flip and makes limp-wrist malfunctions more likely.

I have a 21SF and LOVE it! congrats! I want a 20SF as well now! Looking at sights heinie has some slant 8 (non tritium) and the straight 8's at midway and I really like the way they look (have shot other guns with em) the non tritiums and WAY under $100 and the night sights right around there or a bit more I believe. GLOCKMEISTER sells a 3.5# connector I like and use...midway sells the LWS and mine needed a little help to work right...the glockmeister is a copy of the factory 3.5# and I like it nominally better. That and an extended slidestop are all I've added...though I'm going to expirement with some other springs...the reoil spring will remain stock....in my old 21 I found the stock spring was actually the best way to go....heavier didn't help...may be different in the 10mm...I dunno you can replace the whole stock assembly for like $8 every 1-2K rounds
