question about some powder I received...already opened?

Looks like people were complaining about the same thing back in '07, and that it happens fairly often with Alliant powder. That's not very comforting.

jnay...the back of my jug has CE0519 at the bottom left in a white box and 622 2 021313 printed to the right in white letters across the black label background. Thanks for your response. And welcome to a really good forum. There are a lot of knowledgable and "willing to help" folks on this forum.

I posted my response before verifying your lot number matched.

I have had nothing but good experiences with PV and I am pleased to see our numbers match.
