Question On UN Gun Ban

    Please note, this is a question, not at attempt to get anyone riled up. I am merely asking a question. I got email, today, that had a letter signed by Rand Paul. Said Biden was going to ratify the UN Gun Ban. And then send him money. In actuality, this means nothing unless ratified by the Senate. My question: Is this simply a scare tactic to solicit funds, or did I miss something in the news today? My gut tells me it's mostly manure. Thanks
