Are these considered a jacketed or plated bullet?

At my indoor range they prefer you use lead-only, but allow plated bullets. Just wondering if these would be permissible?

    Thanks for any help!

Jacketed. The aluminum tends to peel off when hitting steel targets so not usually a good idea at a range like that.

Absolutely considered jacketed. Even the thin jacket .32acp silvertips of yesteryear are still "jacketed".
