A gentlemen from Minneapolis is interested in purchasing my Michigan located and registered Ruger Mark II. Of course 22LR. Only ten round mags. I know I have to send it to a FFL in MN for tranfer, but is this a gun that Minnesotans and persons who live in Minneapolis are allowed to own.

    Thanks.

Absolutely. MN has no state "AWB" or real limitations on handguns. There are NFA limitations, but your pistol is legal as-is.
