Questions about Gemini Customs work on the GP100.

Howdy. I know at least a few members here have sent off their Ruger GP100s to Gemini Custom for a slad-sided barrel treatment.

Can any of you tell me if there was a measurable weight difference before and after the customer work?

I love the GP100 but have always found them a bit muzzle heavy. Does Gemini's work shift the balance rearward?

I would think that your instincts are right on.....and it would shift the point of balance somewhat, as well as taking a slight bit of weight off...

I would not hesitate to call or email Gemini Customs, as they are SUPER accommodating and willing to answer any question.
