The rifle range I go to only allows shooting at 50 and 100 yards. Groups are high to the right at 50 yards. I know I should sight in at 25 but it isn't possible because of range rules. I doubt I could get it on the paper at 100 right now. So my question is this: How high should my shots be hitting at 50 yards so I am pretty close when I move out to zero at 100? I know theres that 25 yard zero method for the SKS and Ak but I don't know how to translate that into 50 yards. the reason they only allow shooting at 50 and 100 is because the holders the target stands are set in are only at 50/100.

Depending on how high you're doing at 50, try it at 100.
If your range backboard allows it, put up several targets in two or three horizontal rows. Start out by aiming at the bottom row & see if you can put a hole anywhere on paper or target back. If not, aim at different targets at different elevations on your backer.
If you're a couple inches high at 50, you should be able to get on paper at 100, and then go from there.

Conversely, sight your gun in to impact dead on at 50, and then try it at 100 yards. You should still easily be able to hit paper at 100, and then just make the necessary corrections.

I generally start with three rows of three targets (iron sights), and shoot for the center target in the middle row at 100. Same with handguns at 25 yards.
Most factory settings will hit somewhere on a target or target backer, and then it's just fine tuning.
Scopes may be a different matter.
Your SKS should have a 100-yard setting, have you tried it?
