Are these 2 powders really the same powder? They have pretty much the same description for their intended purpose and when I see the data for both, it’s the same Western Powders data.

They’re really magnum pistol powders: 357, 41, 44 Magnums and the 454 Casull and 500 S&W.
 
Instead of getting some random internet information, why don't you head over to the Western powder website and get the correct information straight from the manufacturer?
P.S. They are the same.
 
If you look at Western or Accurate Powders online data, many loads are identical between 4100 and Enforcer, down to the foot per second and foot pounds of pressure. They are the same powder. But . . . there are always lot to lot differences, so when switching, drop down and work up your loads from safe levels.
