Stevo and I were up shooting his new Detonics this morning. The ammo was, I think, 230 gr. FMJ. Everything feels solid, with a nice tight lockup. The trigger is crisp, and a little heavier than Sven's Valtro. Here's the Detonics at the range, next to a Wilson:

The Detonics fed and fired flawlessly:

And the final 7-yard group for record (5 rounds):

The POI seemed just a hair low; the front sight might need to be shaved down a small amount. This is a really great piece, and the only thing I would change would be the factory fixed sights to a set of adjustables or night sights depending the intended application.

    I'll let Stevo say more...

I oiled it, put three hundred rounds of ball threw it with no cleaning. Great gun. No jams. easy to shoot. A couple of cops and one Air force pj tried it. they like it.

The only problem is the sites. But it hits well anyway.

I also got a call back from Jerry Ahearn. He sent me a signed copy of concealed carry. I am impressed as heck with the company and the gun. Nuff said:)

Cool. I really like my Trij on the CBOB. Nice to hear that the new Detonics
    products are running good.
