I bought my Beretta PX4 sub compact about a week ago.

It's my 3rd Beretta and my 2nd PX4.

The gun.

Just had a short time.

I'm not a target shooter - I'm forced to shoot paper because of time, but I'd rather be shooting in the wild and hunting.

I was at a indoor range a local Bass Pro Shop.

Target was at 25 feet.

I was very slow and careful with my first magazine.

First 13 round mag - I was in the bulls eye several times.

Very good start - 100 rounds later with some quick shooting I had a flyer or 2 .

Results this is typical of my 3 targets I shot at.

Conclusions -

This is a great sub compact and it shoots just as well and accurately as it's full size brother.

Better get you one

;)

It's the MINI Cooper of pistols, from a styling viewpoint. How's the recoil? Any mis-feeds? Were your hands comfortable on the shortened grip?

I'm not a polymer guy by any stretch of the imagination and normally don't give them the time of day but when at the local gun shop the other day, I was looking at their inventory and prices and the PX4 stood out to me as probably the nicest of the polymer pistols, as far as a quality looking piece goes.....IMO

If I were to someday buy polymer, it would probably be a PX4 based on it actually still looking like a quality pistol even though being made of plastic and Beretta's rep......Enjoy your PX4!

It is indeed a nice looking gun.

It shoots great.

Not one problem with this sub compact or it's bigger brother.

I've shot close to 400 rounds between the two of them

They do not misfire or jam.

Recoil is minor (mines a 9mm, so it would be very low)

Beretta quality all the way.
