RCBS 3-way pro cutter

Greetings,

Can someone who knows machining please tell me what is the thread of the RCBS 3-way pro cutter?

The problem is the 5/16 x 24 internal thread is too small for the part. The OD of the part is not 5/16 X24 . The Thread pitch is 24 TPI but the OD of the part looks like to be .368. Anyone can tell me what is the measurement of it?

.368 should be the drill size used for a 3/8" - 24 tap(close fit). Sounds like you have a fine thread 3/8 threads.

No Machinst, but that is what my tap chart calls for.
