If the case has the barcode sticker on it that matches the gun, I would give about $1200 for a flawless example...Start knocking off dollars for dings, scratches, and wear.

thanks guys i just got it about a week ago its in really nice shape a couple handling marks but nothing that wouldnt easily polish out the case does match the gun

hold the phone tyrone!!!

if you start polishing you will have to polish the whole thing or the dings will become the "bright spots"

I am more likely to leave it alone than go "bright polish"

The most I would do is give it a little shine with Mothers and a soft cloth...It will brighten the gun up nicely.

i wasnt planing on polising the gun myself or at all it doesnt really need it.
it isnt absolutely perfect but it is just as nice as any other example that you will find that has been actually shot.

Big Snakes

You're gonna love it! The Anacondas are awesomely accurate except for a few of the 1st year guns.

After you shoot it some, let us know what you think of the Hogue wood grips that are on it. I've thought of getting some.

Here is my 1993 six inch one.

Very nice gun. I am not a huge colt fan, though I recognize they are put together with care and quality, but I would really love to have an anaconda. I feel like my redhawk needs a sexy girlfriend.

Those ain't cousins. Maybe, homely next door neighbors, but hardly family members.

Point taken and understood. :) However, I'm not so sure about the homely part. I think all three are handsome in thieir own right.

My friend CPE is partial to Colts

and he is right about the Ruger...but he is wrong about the Model 29. She is a beauty.

"The eye of the beholder".... That Ruger looks pretty darn good to me.

G-- A man of your experience and wisdom should know that "good looks" are not always the most satisfying. :D

You are correct about the 29. She is a beauty... the first runner up, though. The Ruger just has a good personality.:D
