Recoil reduction comparison

I currently have a FN TPS with a Knox SpecOps stock. This aside however, I have reached an age where recoil has become a factor. This in addition to the possibility of "short shucking" under stress. Therefore, I am considering an auto loader. As recoil is the determining factor, which would be the choice:

Versa Max Tactical
930 SPX
FN SLP
Benelli M4

Other suggestions are welcome.

The heaviest gun with the lightest load equals the lowest recoil. My 3/4 oz 12 gauge reloads work the Beretta A400 - great on targets, easy on the shoulder. If any of those guns will run at least 7/8oz loads without issue, then that would be the first guin to consider
