There is nothing wrong with a Sig!
On your list the CZ 97B is the way to go! My HK45 and my Gen4 Glock 21 are 2 fantastic shooting guns! And at some point a 1911 is a must have!
I had a thought ... aside from Hi-Point, to me, most handguns produced in the .45 ACP caliber are all pretty worthy guns. Me, I've seen only a very few pistols in .45 that I haven't wanted to buy. Generally speaking, even when a company that hitherto hasn't made anything in .45 finally comes out with something in that caliber, it's usually decent. I'm a 1911 guy, but I like the SIGs, H&Ks, CZs, FNHs, even the Glocks, Rugers, EAAs and a Taurus or two ...
Can't say the same for 9mm or .380, there's a lot of crap out there ...
7mmb has nailed it, the Witness Elite Match, just an awesome gun.
Check out the Pardini GT-45. Smoothest trigger ever. EVER.
