So as many may be currently observing , the world is going to hell in a hand basket with ammo prices and shortages and other events. Yet even with this prognosis it's no reason to become sad, not when one owns a red rider bb gun!

Through the power of Google and late night obscure searches I found a cool guy known as cheif aj. He is quite the accomplished shooter, promoter, and all around a nice guy. I quickly acquired his adult length stock and aluminium cocking lever for this "kids toy" and am currently waiting for the kits arrival so I can begin practicing instinct shooting in the heated comfort of my basement.

Does anyone have experience with cheif aj products?

BB gun are the perfect gun for anytime fun. It's so easy to have a indoor range and shoot whenever you like. The ammo is completely recyclable. I have way to many bb guns and shoot them daily.

I wrote a little about my personal experience fitting the chiefaj stock to one of my guns, the link to it is below. My experience may not accurately reflect yours, so bear that in mind. Overall I am satisfied with the final result, although getting there was a bit of a chore. Since then, I have used no one except Shane, who makes stocks from striped maple. One example (my gun) is also below.

I have a RR too. 50th anniversary model, bought the month I was born in 1988. Shot it a ton as a kiddo. Theres not a more classic BB gun. Favorite thing was shooting grasshoppers with it.

AND I almost shot my eye out with it. Hit a pop can on the thick bottom beveled part and the bb shot back at me and hit the inner corner of my eye.
