Yep no more Craigslist for me that's fine you wanna ban something I don't have to support you

armslist seems to be an alternative. Not too much activity, but I guess if more people knows about them..

my local brass supplier indicates all of his postings are being flagged now, so I think its a new thing.

On Craigslist you can flag anyone for any reason. I tried giving free paint once and it got flagged. There is not a person reading them, once so many people flag them its removed by the computer.
I have bought lots of stuff that are banned on craigslist. Reloading stuff, hi cap magazines, gun parts.

I don't understand why people continue to do stupid things.

It would be great if every reloader or any one that was in support of our 2 A rights would quite using Craig's list.

This kills me... Why don't they ban the adds for sex if they want to ban something?

We still use craigslist for firearms and firearm related stuff. Posts can get flagged and removed but not before the contacts have already been made. I bet it pisses them off to know that folks like me still buy/sell/trade things that they don't approve of on their site.

OT but... The only time I ever flagged a craigslist seller was when he was trying to re-sell a Corvette engine that I'd already bought and paid for in full. I flagged the ad and called. Luckily his GF answered and made the seller do the right thing... allow me to p/u my engine!!

The bottom line is BE CAREFUL when dealing with CL sellers!! Maybe it's a good thing CL limits what can be sold on their website because there's a lot of theft on there anyway.....

Just a sign of our society....we blame everything for gun violence except the people behind them and the fall of the family structure. If you can't blame the person then must be tool or the means to acquire the tool. I'm suprised range tops aren't banned from Craigslist because kids can burn themselves.... Ofcourse my mother slapped my hand and told me no............

Sighs - sickens me the direction we continue to head...and yes I do write my congressman, vote, nra....but still sickens me...

Craiglist is just another business crossed out in a ever stretching line.

Kevin

Considering that craigslist started in California its a wonder it took them this long to ban all the gun related stuff. I can't complain much being a libertarian, craigslist's owners are free to run their site the way they see fit. Plus we still do firearms related business on their site, lol, guy had a mosin nagant up for trade last year. Before they could flag it for removal I got his number and traded him a useless(to me) Hi point 380 for it.

I've never associated Craigslist with anything other than surreptitious parking lot encounters, so it won't be any loss to me.

Too bad, I've been watching CL for a used progressive press and haven't found one. Now I know why.

Sucks. I bought my press on Craigslist. Why would reloading gear be banned? I doubt criminals or terrorists reload.
