I've been looking around and so far the best price I can seem to find for this is from Bud's Guns for $588.00 + 3% and insurance. Anyone know of any place selling the 700 SPS Tactical in .308 for a lower price? I'm planning on ordering it this weekend after payday.

    Thanks,

    Ked

When I bought mine from Bud's last year I wasn't able to find a better deal anywhere, especially since Bud's price includes shipping.

I was looking for one about a month ago, and I couldn't find one with a better price than that. Since I live in kentucky, Buds would have to charge me tax too. I would jump on that price.

Mine cost pretty close to $600.00 two years ago. I switched-out the factory Hogue stock for an HS Precision stock, then added a Ken Ferrill 20 MOA base, and a 1.5 pound Timney trigger. Be sure to check to assure they are selling you the new adjustible trigger.

I picked mine up new for $550 here in NC. Good luck with the one listed, seems a good deal with the accessories listed.

I went with Bud's for mine, too. Didn't find a better on-line price, and no one local even had the things.

I looked around at my local shops, and a few chain-stores but after talking to the seller I'm going to be jumping on that deal. It saves me a fair bit of money to get a complete rifle, setup almost exactly how I was going to build mine. I'll probably post back after I get my hands on it. Thanks again Geno for pointing that out.

Just got home with the rifle. It's exactly as the seller stated, and just what i was looking for. Thanks again for pointing that out Geno.
