Hah... hard to get expansion? Maybe I've missed the stories, but frankly if they're not a hunting ballistic tip with a remington stamp on them I don't know what is.
I've taken three deer with the 150gr 7mm AccuTip. All good sized michigan deer, my pet load has a MV of 2740fps. Edit: I use a 28" T/C 7mm-08.
Two were just over or under 150 yards, and they did NOT go far. The third was one that spooked me at close range (about 20 yards) and, hit center chest head on, the exit wound was in the crotch and the entire rib cage blew out between the entrance and exit wounds due to the hydraulic shock.
Curious to hear what experience others are having with them not opening up?
