I just ordered one of these for $14.99 on www.woot.com. They seem to get good reviews and I think a headlamp might come in handy. Just thought I would share in case anyone else is interested.

I have been meaning to get one, but just haven't gotten around to it. I was reading some survival blog that the guy has been living in some 3rd world country that had a revolt. It was real SHTF, but the guy said the head lamps are important as at night you really need both your hands to work.

It was $5 S&H, but it was a one day deal. They had some Shun Ken Onion steak knives on there the other day for $199 plus $5 S&H. Amazon has those for $339.
