    Asleep, probably.

In full seriousness: he sounds like a walking, talking, two-legged advertisement for the proposition the mentally ill should be prevented from exercising the right to keep and bear arms.

Fixed it for you. If you want to paint with a broad brush, make it broad enough.

Sounds to me like the moonbat just admitted that he would've been better off in jail.

Another fine example of "The law applies to me but not to thee"

He needs about 5-15 years for making multiple deadly threats - that will give him time to mull over his hypocrisy. What a piece of work...

Rep. Borris Miles (D-Houston) is special. There are lots of special people who oppose self-defense and individual ownership of the means to do so.

Yes, I did read what he is quoted as having said. I have, however, the power to understand self serving babble, a techinque taught me by an ancient Babylonian who swore me to secret, inspired me, and then expired.

Do not buy a used car from anyone who tells you that the way to be safe is to be defenseless. These are not people who have your best interests at heart.

As a wise man once said "Teach a man to fish or sow seed, then go into the cattle business and make a fortune."

This is a classic case of TRANSFERENCE! In short "I don't trust my self control but I can't admit publicly that I'm crazy so I will try and get blanket laws passed that restrict everyone.

    Deavis,

I don't think 30.06 comes into play. It's owned (I think) by Harris County and the signs have no meaning. The City and the County have a long sting of Govn't owned buildings that are posted unlawfully.

But since it was durring a sporting event... he should be hosed under 46.035

Unless he wants to claim he was part fo the entertainment and somehow part of the event. I bet it was entertaining.

My guess is the DA won't try any charges under 30.06. The last thing His Royal Higness White wants is precident that his 30.06 signs are, indeed, bogus.
