Question... I just replaced the standard grips on my Beretta 92 with Hogue wrap-around grips and I was wondering if I need to use the 'grip washer' with these new grips.

I tried using the washers at first, but I found it unusually difficult to put the grip screws back in. I took them out and replaced the screws without the washers, and it works fine.

Am I supposed to use the washers?

Let me know. Thanks to all.

Beretta 92 washers

As long as the magazine will drop free you should be okay, if not the washers have to go back in.

You shouldn't need the grip screw washers.
Just make sure you don't overtorque the screws and strip the frame bushings.
