Restore Your Kydex Belt Clips

Here’s a tip I got yesterday from mycustomer, Joe Allen, that will impact most of you who wear Tucker’s IWB holsters with standard kydex belt clips. You can restore them easily if they open up a bit. (Would work for Comp-tac clips, too.) Thank you, Joe. :thumbsup:

Great tip.

My Kydex clips tend to break before they open up, however. I got some spring steel stock from Brownells, forged to shape, and spring tempered then blued. I can make them as narrow as belt loops on pants, so they are less obtrusive. Had them over a year now with no problems. Still using my Tucker TX Heritage for G22 and S&W 1911Sc and couldn't be happier.
