    Google (restoring the republic) one citizen at a time,then look under federal firearms act. is this true,if so what can we do about it?:cool:

    It means absolutely nothing in the real world until the United States Supreme Court says it. I don't think that they are going to every do that, however.

    Of course, anyone with a few million extra dollars burning a hole in his pocket is perfectly free to violate the NFA and then try this hokum out for his defense. But I don't think it'll get him anywhere (except into jail).
