I got a CMP M1 recently, and well, the wood looks poor.

Does anyone know of a good place that I could send the wood to and have it re-done to be better looking? I haven't decided whether or not I actually will, but if the money is there, I almost definitly will.

Or, instead of refinishing, would it be a better deal to just buy new stocks? I do want to keep it wooden.

Why not use some elbow grease and do it yourself? Use a stripper that you can get from a hardware store and strip the old finish. Sand the stock until it is as smooth as you want it. Stain. Then put on a finish. It takes some time to do it right, but it is not difficult and is very satisfying.
