riflesmith in mid-tn?

am looking for a rifle smith in mid-tn. have a shot out savage short action in 22/250 I'd like to get worked on..

Am thinking rebarrel/swap extractor for 7.62x39, + it needs at least one of the mounting screws for the scope base has stripped out.

Rumor has it that savage rebarrelings are very basic affairs.. but i'm not equiped to try a receiver re-tap or extractor swap out.

only gunsmiths i'm aware of in the area are... volunteer arms in bellbuckle, and specality arms in lavergne.. any others? any recommendations?
