Yesterday I placed an order for some bullies for reloading, not because of the panic, but because this is when I usually place an order for my shooting season. I placed the order and then realized I had my old address on my account and never updated to my new address. So I emailed customer service with my order number and my new address. I was thinking they might never see the email, due to all the craziness that is going on. Well I received an email a couple hours later saying that they will ship to my updated address and that it wasn’t an issue. I just wanted to say thank you to Jake, Joe from customer service, and all of his employees. They truly are a great company to deal with!
